Venture Canoes have been manufacturing open canoes for 20 Years, and are now the largest company moulding boats based in the UK.
With a Range of 7 styles for all purposes such as Lake and River, Touring, Fast Touring, classic and All Round, Venture Canoes can offer the boat to meet your needs and adventures.
Each Boat comes with outfitting options from Plastic Seats to Wooden and Webbing seats plus Kneeling thwarts for the Solo Paddlers. A Third Seat option is also possible on some models ideal for small families.
Each boat can been factory fitted with Air Bags using Lashing kits to ensure they stay put during a capsize.
Construction
Venture Canoes we use their own exclusive polyethylene construction material called 'CoreLite'.
All their canoes are roto-moulded out of this triple-layered material and are extremely durable and versatile, require little or no maintenance and offer great value for money.
One downside in the past has been weight, but with the developmentof Corelite they can manufacture some of the lightest roto-moulded canoes around!

Greater Rigidity
Improving efficiency through the water and greatly reducing flex in rougher conditions making it a suitable material for canoes which will venture out on to rivers and in rougher conditions. It also has much improved resistance to general denting while in storage and while transporting on your roof rack. |
Increased Safety
The lower specific gravity (SG) of our triple layer material increases its inherent buoyancy and makes the canoe float much higher when full of water, assisting with self-rescue techniques. |
Increased Durability
Even if the outer shell is damaged, the core will not absorb any water, leak or suffer any lasting damage and can be easily repaired at your leisure�. |
